 the lighthouse was started 7 years ago by owner Sarah Prentice. Having spent 10 years as a buyer for Harrods Sarah decided to open her own retail outlet in Surrey in 2001. the lighthouse successfully sold a range of lighting to the trade and public - anything from crystal chandeliers to bathroom lights, from exterior lighting to switches. In 2008 Sarah decided to take her expertise on the road. She had a vision of a more flexible lighting service, bringing her expert knowledge into your home. Sarah felt there was so much choice on the market today and so many different types of lighting that customers needed time spent with them on a one-to-one basis taking them through the vast choices allowing customers to make the most of modern lighting. the lighthouse now offers a convenient, stress free and expert lighting service direct to your home.
